     I give the program 5 stars , but the installation 1 star. The installation created a couple of processes that I had to delete or deactive from the startup. One was some updater. All of my shortcuts on my desktop and quick launch STOPPED working until I deleted those processes and restarted the computer. The installation also installed some extra tool bar on my browsers even though I had unchecked the box. So I had to manually delete the toolbars.

     I like the new addition of selection for download folder. The addition of the file format conversion is nice also except I wish it allowed for me to convert the flv file after I downloaded it to my folder as optional separate step. As is it seems I can only do a download/convert in once step.
     One major problem is that your Menu box will not fit on my 10″ screen as I cannot resize it nor maximize from the top bar. As such, the download/convert button was completely off the screen and I could not download. I finally had to go into the file preferences and select maximize for it to display totally.
     Thanks for your outstanding support of this excellent downloader.

     I am having a problem I hope you can help me with. Following your instructions I pasted an URL from You
     Tube and hit the download button. The download was completed in about 2 seconds. When I opened the file I had set up to receive downloads, it only showed something like 115 KB out of some 250 MBs were downloaded. Tried procedure several times with same result. What am I doing wrong? Could you please reply to my email address?

     For those who do NOT have a Download/Convert button in your menu….. 1.Enter your url and selective info on the left. 2 Scroll down to the bottom in the information window of the menu and Type the first letter of your email address. The download should then start automatically. It worked that way for me.
     Beware when downloading the software. Do custom installation. It will try about three times to hijack your home page location and install some third party tool bar. Just un-select each time if you wish.
